From mid-October, the 'My JUKE' function will no longer be available on our website. After careful consideration and based on your valuable feedback, we decided to disable this feature and focus on what our users value most.
Although 'My JUKE' will disappear from the website, you can still enjoy all the benefits of your account via the JUKE app.
Using MY JUKE in the mobile app you still can:
- Seamlessly continue listening to podcasts
- Link your account to your speakers, CarPlay or Android Auto
- Enjoy HD Audio
- Receive notifications of the latest podcast episodes
- If you wish to have your account deleted, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete this form.
We value you as a user and hope you continue to enjoy our audio platform.
However, if because of this change you no longer wish to make use of the benefits that a JUKE account still offers you in the mobile app, you can submit a request to delete your account. This can be done via this form. Please note: deleting your JUKE account means that you will no longer be able to log in to any of Talpa Network's products.
