The following is only applicable for JUKE app versions 3.14.0 and 3.14.1.


If after the update and starting the JUKE app for the first time via CarPlay, a blank screen is displayed (even after reinstalling the app), the work-around is as follows:

  1. Start the app on the phone 
  2. Hard close it (by swiping) 
  3. Restart the carplay app again


This is a problem related to caching of data and we are working on solving this issue. Please not this is a temporary workaround until we resolve this issue in our next release.
