This problem occurs when you change the password through the JUKE website while still logged in to the JUKE app.


The app should also log you out, which is not happening now and that is why this error message appears. We are in the process of resolving this issue.


As a temporary solution, you can uninstall and reinstall the Juke app. If this still doesn't work, you can send us an email and we will help you further.
