If you find that the JUKE app on your Samsung stops playing when the device screen sleeps or locks, try these steps to fix it:

  1. Go to 'Mobile Settings' and then tap 'Apps'.
  2. Select here for 'JUKE' and then 'Battery'
  3. In 'Manage battery usage', choose 'Allow background activity'
